Omar was our technician and he was honestly incredible!! We had an issue with both of the microwave and the washing machine and he was able to fix them. He also took the time to show me features on my washing machine that I was not even aware of! Omar is very meticulous, patient and accurate with his work. He’s also super kind to my fur babies lol Thank you!!

My experience with Pronto Appliance was very good. Thank service tech- Omar was very through checking my washing machine and explaining what was going on with the washing machine. I was receiving a unbalance error when I my washing machine would go through the rinse cycle. Omar said that my balance rods was beginning to wear out which cause the rinse cycle to take longer time to finish rinsing the clothes completely because the machine is unbalance. I sometimes see water on the floor when I am washing clothes. Omar checked my hoses and he said

Friendly staff. Quick response. Was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. They communicated very efficiently via phone call and text. Showed up on time and fixed my dryer within 15 minutes. Should I need any appliance repair in the future I wouldn't waste my time calling any other company.
